Refund policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

Changed your mind? As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a new order. Below is what you get back and how to ask for it.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you order as a consumer (not for a business), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason.

Because hosting starts right away, the order page asks you to agree to that. If you then withdraw within the 14 days:

Example: you pay €8.00 for a 30-day month and withdraw after 3 days. You pay 3 × €8.00 ÷ 30 = €0.80, and we refund €7.20.

How to withdraw

Email support@skylithosting.com from the address on your account and say that you withdraw, with your invoice number. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending your message before the 14 days are over is enough.

When you get your money

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with, unless you ask for something else. It costs you nothing.

After the 14 days

You can cancel any time in the client area. The service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund the rest of a period you already started, except:

Business customers

The right of withdrawal is for consumers only. Business customers can still cancel any time, as described above.
