How fast is my server ready?
It's set up automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes. We email you as soon as it's ready, and the login details are in the client area.
Can I install my own modpack?
Yes. Upload your own files through the panel's file manager or over SFTP.
Do you keep backups?
Game servers have a backup button in the panel. Please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose too.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the client area. The service runs until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of ordering you can also withdraw and get back the days you didn't use. See the refund policy.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Ask us and we'll move you to a bigger plan.
